WHAT WE NEED

There are quite a number of difficulties that the home is facing currently which need urgent attention. It is our hope that these difficulties are addressed permanently.
Below are some of the difficulties:

1. LAND FOR FARMING:

Farming is one of the areas that will help the children tremendously when the land is acquired.

In this way, the produce from farm will be a major source of food supply for the home whilst the surplus can be sold for additional income.

2. LAND FOR A PERMANENT PLACE OF RESIDENCE

The home requires a permanent place of residence. This will help us to put a modern structure to roof our clear children. A projection of $200,000.00 is required to take care of a 2-storey building, consisting of a computer, library, dormitories, dining halls, offices etc.

3. FEEDING

Feeding children between 15-120 children three times daily has not been that easy at all with our current financial position. This has been a major source of worry and concern to the management of the home.

Nevertheless, management is making all frantic efforts at sourcing for financial assistance at well as donations of food items.

4. VEHICLE TO RUN A COMMERCIAL SERVICES

The operation of commercial transport services is one of the projected income generating options being considered by the home since it is one of the major income earning ventures in the community and nearby town and villages. This will help to improve the financial position of the home.

Also, the vehicle will be used by the children in times of going out for excursions performances visits, attending to school, to mention but few.

5. PHOTOCOPIER/PRINTER

A photocopier and a printer will help with the work of the administration and also help in printing out of examination questions of the children at the home.

6. STORAGE WATER DEVICE (POLYTANK)

This will help to store and save water for use during the day season at the home.

7. COMUPTERS

To teach the children since we are in a technological age, the use of computer will help the children to develop their IT Skills and enable them to be at a competitive level with their peer.

8. Clothes and shoes.
9. Books and stationeries
10. Bead/foam mattresses
11. Playing materials such as toys, sports equipments etc

Management of the organization/home is through this means appealing for funds for the procurement or purchase of these or any of the equipment listed for the home to help curtail the long suffering of the children at the home.
We salute you greatly…
